- Customer: The individual or entity contracting our removal services.
- Services: All activities related to the moving, transportation, and handling of personal or business belongings.
2. Services Provided
Our company offers a range of removal services, including residential and commercial moves, packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, transportation, and storage solutions. Each service is subject to these terms and conditions.
2.1. Residential Moves
We assist in moving household items from one location to another, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
2.2. Commercial Moves
Our team handles office relocations, equipment transportation, and setup at the new premises.
2.3. Packing Services
Professional packing of belongings using quality materials to prevent damage during transit.
3. Payment Terms
Customers are required to provide payment as per the agreed pricing structure before or upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
3.1. Payment Schedule
- 50% deposit upon booking confirmation.
- Remaining 50% due upon completion of the move.
3.2. Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as specified in the invoice.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel the scheduled services by providing written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Liability and Insurance
We are committed to handling your belongings with care. However, in the event of loss or damage, our liability is limited to the declared value unless additional insurance is purchased.
5.1. Insurance Coverage
Customers may opt for comprehensive insurance coverage to protect valuables beyond our standard liability.
6. Scheduling and Delivery
We strive to adhere to the agreed schedule. Any unforeseen delays will be communicated promptly to the customer.
6.1. Access to Premises
Customers must ensure that our team has necessary access to both pickup and delivery locations.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for disclosing any special handling requirements, providing accurate information about the items to be moved, and ensuring that all items are properly packed if not using our packing services.
7.1. Restricted Items
Hazardous materials, perishable goods, and other restricted items are not covered under our removal services. Customers must declare such items beforehand.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are provided.
